Two ways to review your plan.
You can have your plan reviewed by the AI, in one click, or run a review round with your colleagues. In a review round, everyone leaves notes and replies beside the text, in the same plan as the AI review. Reviewers are always free and never take a seat.
One button, four checks.
Press review and the AI reads your plan as a whole. Before it starts, you choose what to include: the legal check, the strategy review, the detailed review, or the structure review. Run one check, or run all four. The findings land beside your text, all in one view.
The legal check.
The legal check tests your plan against every requirement in the tender documents: the maximum number of pages, the font size, the margins, and the rest. It shows you where your document is out of line, so a formal detail never becomes a reason for exclusion.
The strategy review.
The strategy review asks the big question: will this plan score well? It reads your plan against the six-factor model and gives you the general picture: what stands out, what is really good, and what to improve first.
Think of the strategically thinking colleague who is all into tenders, reading your plan with you.
The detailed review.
Choose the detailed review and the AI goes through your plan, leaving notes on the text itself: what it thinks of the plan, how it is written, and what can be improved. The six-factor model runs in the background, but here the feedback goes much deeper.
Think of a caddy handing you notes on the side as you write.
The structure review.
TenderTools has a clear vision of how a plan should be structured, in broad terms. Treat it as best practice, not as a box you have to fit into: you can stay creative.
The structure review checks whether the contracting authority will recognise its own concerns and questions in your plan, and find the answers where it looks for them. A recognisable structure helps enormously there, because the last thing you want is to hand the contracting authority a puzzle.
An estimate, not a promise.
Evaluation at the contracting authority is done by people; nobody can predict a score to the decimal point.
The review scores your plan against our own six-factor model, grounded in how evaluators scored in more than 1,500 tenders. Treat it as a strong second opinion, not a guarantee.
Have your next plan reviewed.
See where your plan stands before it goes out. One button for the AI review, one invite for a review round with your colleagues.
