We started TenderTools because we believe tender writers deserve better tools, ones that actually understand the work, and ones that are happy to do the heavy lifting and the boring, repetitive stuff for you.

Our mission

We're on a mission to make tender writing less painful and more successful. Too many talented professionals spend their days wrestling with documents instead of crafting winning strategies.

TenderTools was built from the ground up for tender writers, not adapted from a generic productivity tool. Every feature, every AI operation, every workflow was designed for one purpose: helping you win more tenders in less time.

Behind TenderTools is a team that has run tenders for over 10 years and completed more than 1,500 of them, winning the best plan in 6 out of 10 bids. All of that hard-won knowledge and those models are now transferred into the smart AI brain that runs at the back of this software.

Why tender writers?

We noticed that common AI tools and general tender (management) software did not fulfill the wishes of professional proposal writers. The complexity, the speed and the amount of control a tender specialist needs is way above what they can offer, and therefore requires a different tool.
