Professional is for you. Team is for the team.

Professional is an individual licence: your workspace, your library, your projects. Complete for writing. Team is not more of the same. In Team, the whole bid team works in one workspace: you share out the work, review each other's drafts, sometimes write one tender together and take over during illness or holidays. You set up libraries the way the company works: per subsidiary with its own writers while managers see everything, or per department while every writer can use everything, without responses getting mixed up. Roles and permissions per person mean the bid manager runs the team and the project manager sees only what they need to see. That is what a shared ChatGPT or Claude does not give you, and it is why a Team seat costs more than Professional.

What you pay, and what for.

TenderTools is not a tool for producing a draft faster. It works on the marks that decide the award: strategy before the text, a review against the evaluation method after it. That is what you pay for, per writer; anyone who reads along and reviews pays nothing. Whether it is worth it, you will know after one tender. That is why the trial lasts a real tender, without a credit card.

What do I get in the trial?+

The full Professional licence, for 30 days, unlimited projects, with the Professional limits. Enough for one complete tender. If your tender runs longer, you switch to a licence and carry on working.

Do I need to enter a credit card?+

No. You create an account with your work email address and start.

I am the only bid writer here. Is this for me?+

Yes. Professional is per person, and your director, project managers and advisers read along free as reviewers.

We only bid a few times a year.+

Then the sum is monthly, per tender: take Professional in the month you are writing and cancel when you are done. Below four responses a year, an annual licence is rarely the best choice; we would rather say that here than afterwards.

We already use tender software.+

TenderTools does not replace your tender alerts or your bid management system; it replaces the way you write and review the response. Professional runs month by month alongside your existing contract. Your own past responses go into the library as evidence.

How many tenders can I run on 15M tokens?+

Tokens are the amount of AI work per month: analyses, rewrites, reviews. With Professional you run roughly 3 to 7 tenders within the monthly budget, depending on the size of the documents and how often you run a review. With Team, more per seat. When you get close to the limit, the tool shows you.

Is there an upload limit on the documents?+

Yes: 10 MB per tender in Professional, 20 MB in Team. That is plenty for the text documents; heavy appendices with drawings count too. If you go over it, the guide in the tool helps you.

Can I switch or cancel?+

You can switch at any time. Moving up, the new licence applies straight away. Moving down, you keep the larger licence until the end of the period you have already paid for; straight after that it moves to the lower one. Monthly licences can be cancelled up to the end of the current month; with a year in advance the licence runs to the end of the year and your price is fixed.

Where is my data, and who can access it?+

Hosted on AWS in Frankfurt, in the EU (ISO 27001-certified data centres); AI processing with zero retention and no training on your documents; separation per organisation. The details are on the Datasecurity by design page, with the security document to download.

Is TenderTools ISO 27001-certified?+

The infrastructure (AWS) is; TenderTools itself is built on the ISO 27001 control framework and is not yet certified. Exactly what is and is not in place is on the Datasecurity by design page.

Does it connect to SharePoint or our document management system?+

Not yet. You work with an upload per tender, a library per organisation and Word export. If you need a connection, ask us; we would like to hear what you need.

Which languages?+

English and Dutch, for the software and for your text, built on UK award methodology (MEAT, MAT under the Procurement Act 2023) and Dutch award methodology.
